The M.B.A. with a Global Perspective program invites M.B.A. candidates to a professional business workshop on Thursday, Oct. 25, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. in the Landman Library University Room.
Presented by?Jeanine Kingeter, PHR, Adjunct Professor of Business Administration, the workshop will focus on effective business writing and assist students with common writing dilemmas. Attendees will review English grammar and punctuation rules, hone their writing skills, examine APA format, and learn tips about the proper presentation of common reference sources.
Kingeter is a human resources professional who owns and operates HR Business Partners LLC, a full service human resources consulting firm serving the needs of small businesses. She has more than 35 years of diverse business experience, including field and home office positions, strategic and operations roles, large and small firms, and regional and national companies. During the past 12 years, she has focused on the human resources needs of business.
This event is the third in a series of four M.B.A. workshops offered this semester, which are included in M.B.A. tuition. The final workshop, also presented by?Kingeter, will examine the importance of networking on November 28.
